Chapter 4. Scope of Collection of Personal Information

Chapter 6. Procedures and methods for destroying personal information
In principle, if the purpose of processing personal information is achieved, the company destroys the personal information without delay. The procedure, time limit, and method of revocation are as follows.

-Dismissal procedure
The information entered by the member for membership registration is transferred to a separate DB after achieving the purpose (for paper, separate document box) and destroyed after being stored for a certain period of time according to the internal policy and other related laws. Personal information transferred to a separate DB shall not be used for any purpose other than retention unless by law.

- Break the deadline
The user's personal information shall be destroyed within five days of the end of the retention period, and if the personal information becomes unnecessary, such as the purpose of processing the personal information, abolition of the service, and business termination.

Chapter 9. Collecting Opinions and Handling Complaints

The company's actions regarding stolen personal information are as follows.
1. When a user discovers that he/she has registered as a member by stealing other people's personal information, he/she shall take necessary measures, such as suspending the use of the service or withdrawing membership, without delay.
2. If a user who is aware of his/her personal information theft requests suspension of service use or withdrawal of membership for the ID, take immediate action.

CHAPTER 10. Duties of Notification
